Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, and personal care products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The item arrived defective.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days.
